All items are baked to order and vacuum-sealed immediately after cooling. We use temperature-controlled packaging and expedited shipping to ensure your treats arrive with that 'just-out-of-the-oven' taste.
Do you offer gluten-free or vegan options?
Yes, we have a dedicated selection of gluten-free and vegan pastries. While we take every precaution to prevent cross-contamination, please note that our facility also processes wheat, dairy, and nuts.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an issue with quality, please contact us within 24 hours for a replacement or refund.
Can I schedule a delivery for a specific date?
Absolutely. During checkout, you can select a preferred delivery date. We recommend scheduling your delivery 1-2 days before a special event to account for any potential carrier delays.
How should I store my Clay's Bakery treats once they arrive?
Most of our products stay fresh at room temperature for 3-5 days in an airtight container. For longer storage, you can freeze our breads and cookies for up to three months.
